Innovative lighting and space planning compliment lake views in this newly built home. The textured furniture in neutral hues with an occasional punch of color provide a canvas for the medley of artwork curated in the clients years of collaborating with Banana.

The airy, colorful and sun-saturated beach house focuses on low maintenance and high comfort. A custom made cocktail table is fabricated with a rattan inset to accomodate the relaxed "feet-up" attitude. An open kitchen caters to her gourmet cooking and allows him to prepare his catch of the day.

The renovated condo creates a "club house" for friends dropping-in when the owner has landed. A custom dining table pulls apaprt to provide two bridge tables and in a seperate area swivel chairs gathered around a tree trunk table enhance lively conversation. Horizontal wood-paneled walls and hand-scraped white oak floors give this lake side nest a natural glow.
