It's not every day you get to talk to a Shark. I recently had the honor of interviewing Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec as part of my newest book project with Anytime Fitness co-founders Chuck Runyon and Dave Mortensen. A genuinely nice guy who's not only a successful businessman, but has experienced his own fitness transformation, does "16 pull-ups just to get warmed up" and has a lot to say about the power of sleep. I am not worthy! Look for the book in the coming months.

Did you know that there are TED Talks in Minneapolis? Neither did I until I got involved in promoting this year's TEDx event with Media Bridge Advertising. As a resident St. Paulite, I find it a bit funny that this year's TEDx is at the Keg & Case, but when Minneapolis needs hipster cred, of course they look across the river. : )
