Rest in peace to Representative Karen Clark.

Representative Clark was a lifelong champion for working people, immigrants, and communities too often left out of the halls of power. Ahead of her time, she spent years leading the fight for Driver's Licenses for All in the House because she believed every Minnesotan deserved dignity, safety, and the freedom to move through their community.

Her love and solidarity with immigrant communities were real. Her leadership and unwavering commitment to justice helped shape a more welcoming and equitable Minnesota. Unidos MN is deeply grateful for her partnership and her years of public service. We will miss having such a steadfast elected champion alongside our movement.

Our thoughts are with her family, loved ones, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of organizing with her. May she rest in power.
