Steps in a process of developing the addition of Home #7, Logan Modern Addition. Concept image, elevations, structural diagrams, framing. Each step of the way as important as the next. Framing this addition took a careful balance to accommodate the windows, ceiling height, skylights, as well as removing the existing bearing wall. Thanks to structural engineers that will work with me on outside of the box ideas.

From concept through construction, this attached garage converted to a den and bathroom. So happy with the results!
