On Aug. 21, the Edina Police Department arrested two people, Kevin Joel Santana Melendez and Luis Angel Avila Fuenmayor, for stealing packages from Edina homes. A third suspect got away. The suspects were driving a gray Kia Optima with a missing front driver’s side headlight. Additional items from packages were recovered inside of the vehicle.
