Did you know that in addition to circus elements, In/During Her Absence features two beautiful dance artists in our ensemble? Introducing Alys Ayumi Ogura and Christine Maginnis!

In addition to working with us, Alys Ayumi Ogura currently dances for Sarah LaRose-Holland's Kinetic Evolutions Dance Company, and many other independent artists in the Twin Cities.

Christine Maginnis has worked within the Twin Cities dance and theater community for over 3 decades. She is an honored recipient of a McKnight Fellowship for Dancers (2001) and a Sage Award for Outstanding Performer (2016).
