Ever wondered how we choose which snacks to distribute? Here are some of the things we consider:
β What snacks do youth want? This is the most important!
βοΈ What snacks are filling and nutritious?
βοΈ What snacks are flexible for many dietary needs?
βοΈ What snacks are easy to chew?
βοΈ What snacks have a long shelf life?
Everyone has different preferences and tastes. Many youths have allergies and dental health concerns. Having a variety of options allows youth to choose what they actually want to eat!
