🌈 MN POC Pride
Since 1999, MN POC Pride works to create affirming spaces and uplift LGBTQ+ people of color through Pride events, advocacy, and year-round programming.

🥕 TC Food Justice
Founded in 2016, TC Food Justice works to end food insecurity by increasing access to fresh, culturally relevant food while building a more equitable food system.

🏠 Clare Housing
Established in 1987, Clare Housing provides supportive, affordable housing and vital services for people living with HIV/AIDS.

💛 YAP Minnesota
Founded in 1989, YAP's primary mission is to prevent HIV transmission and provide care for high-risk youth and families living with HIV.
