Ended the season by exploring the rest of the Portage🚣‍♂️

Starting at 6AM, we had 14 rowers head out from our docks and towards Breakers Beach which is about 20km. We rowed in the dark, into the fog, and out into the sun. Wet docked at Breakers, fueled up, and swapped crews. We then wet launched and headed back to the docks. We had glass water and beautiful fall views all the way back.

After 6 hours and 20 more km, we were back at the docks! We had 4 rowers, Maggie, Aili, Keagan, and Eli who completed the entire 40km row. Proud of this crew and everything they did this season!

Thanks to Des Moines Rowing Club for putting together an amazing regatta and to Drake Rowing for helping us get our full crew out on the water. Without their amazing support we would not have been as successful as we were this weekend.
