Please join us for a ‘Bouzy’ brunch where we’ll taste several Champagnes from different subregions, and villages, in Champagne, France, including bubbles from the Grand Cru Village of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims subregion!

While sipping, we’ll learn about Champagne’s key winemaking methods, varieties, subregions, types of producers, how to interpret sweetness levels on a label, and more.

The event will feature a delicious brunch pairing of quiche, mixed green salad with house Dijon vinaigrette, baguette, and raspberry / blueberry tartlets catered by the talented Chef Valérie, a local, artisanal Chef and Owner of Valérie’s French Kitchen. You'll have your choice between a Quiche Lorraine or vegetarian quiche option.

Please note that space is limited – only 10 tickets are available. Must be 21 years or older to attend.
