As 2022 draws to a close, we'd like to re-introduce our fearless leader... the one and only, Kate Roos!

If you know Kate already, you know she is down-to-earth, always quick to smile and say hello, and generous to a fault. On our team, she models a strong work ethic, as well as a flexibility for life and inspiration to happen, both of which we couldn't be more grateful for! ✨

In addition to being an all-around great human, Kate leads our designs with a commitment to innovative solutions, an incredible eye for color and detail, and uniquely thoughtful guidance for our clients.

There are so many things that go into making a design successful. From the measure to the construction cleaning at the very end, it all matters. For us, the real successful comes when our clients are not only happy with the results, but enjoyed the process. Design should be fun after all, right?

We just wrapped up our final photo shoot for the year and while we cannot wait to share our new projects with you, I've been thinking about this one. The Isles Kitchen was my first ever solo shoot with .

It was this very time of year and I was so nervous that I wouldn't be able to do this kitchen justice. What I learned that day is less is more. Start with a lot and edit until it's just right.

We still learn every time we shoot a new project, but we trust ourselves more and as always, we are in great hand with Andrea!
