PRESENT MOMENT PAINTING SERIES
February 26 - March 19th

I’m opening Studio Inside Out as a quiet, welcoming space to pause— to sit with what you’re holding and let paint be your meditation.

THE TWIN CITIES HAS BEEN CARRYING A LOT; stress, uncertainty, and harm connected to I.C.E. have touched many of our neighbors and many offering support.

PRESENT MOMENT PAINTING invites you to slow down, listen inward, and create from a place of safety and choice.

Each session begins with simple somatic grounding:

Gentle breath, body awareness, and settling into the present moment.

Nothing forced. Nothing you have to “do right.” Just an invitation to feel your feet, your breath, and the support beneath you.

From there, we paint— without pressure, performance, or expectation.

This is about presence, curiosity, and reconnecting with an innate creative life force that lives in all of us.

• Ages 18+
• No painting experience needed
• All materials provided
• Sliding scale

Accessible by public transit or if you need transportation please call ahead.
