Maintenance tech needed for scattered-site portfolio in Mpls, St. Paul and White Bear Lake.
Must have at least one-year related experience, Diploma or GED, your own tools, driver's license, and car or truck.

Compensation includes competitive pay, plus paid vacation and holidays, year-end bonus, and mileage reimbursement.

Duties include but are not limited to simple electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, flooring, painting, and cleaning of common areas and apartment turnovers snow removal and lawn care. You will share On Call with other staff.
You need to be a team player, can work well on your own, get along well with others, and work with the attitude that we are here to make the residents home wonderful while keeping a close eye on the bottom line. You must be organized.

This is a contractor position where at the end of the year you will receive a 1099 form.
You must pass a criminal background check. No felonies unless traffic or DWI related will be considered.
