I know that doesn't compare to an Ed Sheeran video, but I find it amazing... and humbling! This prelude was inspired by the piano music of Brahms.

Hello, everyone!! It's been a rather hectic last couple of months, including the holidays, but things are calming down so I hope to be releasing more material on a fairly regular basis. There will be more from the Op. 1 set of preludes including the latest one, No. 4 in E minor. It's more impressionistic than most of the preludes in the set, but I've always had a fondness for the color palette of the French composers Debussy and Ravel. I've also finished a set of seven waltzes that Michael is currently working on recording.

Hello, everyone! I realize it's been quite some time since my last post. The summer is almost over and I wanted to let you know that I've been working on a couple new projects. In addition to the set of 24 preludes that I started releasing back in June, I am working on arrangements of some of my favorite pieces from the Classical music literature. So far, I've composed my own versions of Pachelbel's "Canon in D," J.S. Bach's "Sheep May Safely Graze" and the slow section from the Jupiter movement of Holst's "The Planets."
