Holotropic Breathwork can help people access altered states of consciousness that are similar to those experienced during psychedelic experiences. The term "holotropic" means "moving towards wholeness" and the goal of this technique is to access the unconscious mind to promote healing and personal growth.

These states can provide new insights and perspectives on one's life.

It isn’t uncommon for people to release pent-up emotions that may be stored in the body. Knowing how to hold oneself within a non-ordinary state serves as a wonderful tool for deeper journey work with the assistance of plant medicines.

In this session we will deep dive into a multiple hour long breath work session, and land with an extended sound bath.

This Wednesday we will be dropping into presence and community with a tea and sound session at the park! This will be a deeper meditative experience. will be serving old growth, aged puerh tea in collaboration with offering a gentle soundscape experience to enhance the energetic nature of what we are offering. It has been a while since we have done tea and sound in conjunction with one another. Join us in this very special session~

We will begin at 6pm this Wednesday at Boom Island Park in NE Minneapolis. We have had wonderful turnouts for previous outdoor tea events and expect this one to be a potent time to drop into stillness. This is a pay what you can event. Register through our website with the link below~
