Testimony Church

Good afternoon,

I have made a decision to effectively step down immediately from Testimony Church. At this time I need to focus on God, my family and my mental health. I don’t expect everyone to understand this and that’s OK. I’m not here to answer a ton of questions or reason with anyone.

Mental health and mental health awareness are very real thing and for anyone going through the struggle just know it’s OK to be not OK. It’s OK to make decisions for the better of your mental health and your family and you don’t need to apologize or explain anything to anyone.

I’m not going anywhere I’m just lighting the load because as a leader it is taking a toll on me. A toll that has gotten me out of character and also that has drained me. And now I am going to focus on strengthening who I am. I’m not asking for sympathy. I share my story because I know so many people are battling every day just to survive because they tell me the same thing via text, calls and messenger.

I will continue to focus on my family, my career, the youth that I advocate for at BGC & my basketball team.
