My heart is so heavy. Not too long ago, I messaged Uncle Harry “Happy Father’s Day” because our conversations felt familiar. Having lost my dad last year, I appreciated Uncle Harry’s wisdom, support, humor, warmth, and kindness.

His reach was beyond me. And it was beyond just the Trinidadian community.
He touched the lives around him through his food, his kindness, and his service. He built connections, welcomed strangers like family, and helped shape the character of the neighborhood.

To his family, friends, and everyone whose life Uncle Harry touched, Channa Kitchen sends our deepest condolences. May his legacy live on through the memories he created, the people he inspired, and the community he helped nourish.

Rest in peace, Uncle Harry. I know you and dad will have the best conversations about Princess Town, Barrackpore, and the rest of San ‘Do.❤️🙏🏽
