The Scott County CDA celebrated a ribbon cutting for its newest Community Land Trust (CLT) homes in Shakopee. Partners from MN Housing, Met Council, Scott County, Shakopee Public Utilities, CenterPoint Energy, local legislators, architects, contractors, and more joined to mark the completion of the first three homes in this 10-lot subdivision.

The City of Oakdale has partnered with the Washington County Community Development Agency to offer eligible homebuyers and homeowners with financial assistance through two grant and loan programs. The First-Generation Homebuyer Grant Program provides up to $10,000 in grants for eligible residents to purchase a home in Oakdale. Through the Repair and Renovate Program, eligible homeowners are eligible for up to $10,000 in forgivable loans for eligible home repairs.
