Documenting what is happening around me and sharing the real stories from a boots on the ground perspective. I spent weeks documenting the unrest in 2020 and have been on the streets during operation metro surge since the killing of Renee Good. In a world with so much evil, seeing the community come together is so beautiful! @brasssolidarity has been a staple for grass roots community activism since our brother George Floyd was murdered by Minneapolis police in 2020. They have been showing up and playing music for the community to rally around and help with healing. I’ve had the opportunity to capture some beautiful photos, videos and livestreams of them playing and the community rallying around them! Enjoy this story about them!
