This week’s Making Moves winner is…Eliana P. Mitchell! Eliana is one of our amazing Account Managers. She has stepped into her role this semester with confidence and has done a wonderful job leading her teams. She is incredibly adaptable and a excellent problem solver. We are so happy to have her at Backpack! Congratulations, Eliana!

Win That Pitch! Last Friday we split into four groups and were given 30 minutes to create a strategic and creative out-of-home or in-store advertising concept that positions as the go-to place for recently retired adults beginning new hobbies. Take a look at some of the ideas our Backpacker pitched!

This week’s Making Moves winner is…Kate Henning! Kate is our incredible General Manager. She has done a wonderful job this year building a safe space for Backpackers to communicate their needs. She is always dedicated to the work we do, stepping in to help teams ensure the work gets done. We couldn’t be more grateful to have her at Backpack! Congratulations, Kate!
