Entryway Before & After | Luxury Foyer Transformation Through Thoughtful Design

First impressions matter.

When we first walked into this home, the entry felt disconnected and visually busy. Large columns, multiple openings, and competing architectural elements made it difficult for the space to feel cohesive or welcoming.

Through thoughtful design and strategic editing, we simplified the architecture and created a much stronger focal point. The result is an entry that feels brighter, calmer, and more intentional, one that guides you into the home rather than distracting from it.

This transformation is a perfect reminder that great design isn't always about adding more. Often, it's about removing distractions, refining what exists, and allowing the right elements to shine.

Swipe to see the before.

Primary Bathroom Remodel Before & After | Luxury Bath Renovation & Space Planning

Raise your hand if you have a giant jetted tub taking up prime real estate in your bathroom. ✋

Many homes built in the 1990s and early 2000s were designed around oversized tubs that often went unused, while the features homeowners actually wanted were left competing for space.

That was exactly the case in the Morningside Primary Bath.

Through thoughtful space planning, we completely reimagined the layout, transforming a dated bath into a serene retreat. By removing the oversized tub, we were able to create a luxurious steam shower, his-and-hers vanities, and even carve out space for a large walk-in linen closet (not pictured).

The best renovations aren't always about adding square footage. Sometimes they're about making every square foot work harder.

Better function. Better form. A better way to live every day.
