Faircloth Riding Stable

LOOKING FOR HIRE / BARN HELP-

Faircloth Stables is a privately owned horse stables located in Minden, Louisiana.

We are looking for someone with the following:

⁃ intermediate experience in handing, caring for, and riding horses.
⁃ confident rider
⁃ dependable and hard working
⁃ Outgoing and self motivated

Duties and responsibilities are (but not limited to) for 6 horses total:

⁃ Am and Pm feeding (if unable to do one or the other we can work something out)
⁃ Basic daily grooming (brush)
⁃ Exercise ALL horses weekly. Depending on schedule availability, horses can be split up and worked on separate days but all must be worked weekly. (round pen is available, trails, etc)
⁃ Bath all horses atleast once a month, preferably twice.
⁃ Clean out stalls (when barn is completed- currently under construction)
⁃ Turn horses out after Am feeding and bring horses in at Pm feeding (when barn is complete)

Possible opportunities for growth can be discussed during interview.

Hourly pay $$/ based on experience
