Day 2 of working a 9-5 and I'm having fun!! When you get put in a position to lead, especially in the food business, you have to just get your hands dirty. I'm learning the kitchen building rapport with my employees and just cooking food! We have some amazing things planned at Pizzeria 3301 inside Palemro Villa!
