There's still time to sign up & attend MKE's Vision Zero Summit on Wednesday, June 10th.

The free Summit will bring together local leaders, transportation professionals, advocates, and residents, including Bike Fed staff to accelerate implementation of the Vision Zero Plan that aims to eliminate traffic deaths and life-changing injuries by 2037.

Bike Fed staff will present an interactive workshop in the Breakout 3 session “The Culture Shift” to discuss and demonstrate how approachable walking, biking, and public transit can be.

You’ll meet Education Director Michael Anderson, Mobile Bike Repair Manager Toni Casagrande, Milwaukee High School Manager Alora Correa, and MilWALKee Walks Manager Rachel Goochey as they move the conversation outside with activities that focus on:

✔ Mapping your trip (Planning bus, bike, and walk routes)
✔ Paint the pavement projects
✔ Basic bike mechanics (Fix-a-flat and ABC quick check)
