Audrey's VCFS Fund

This event was organized as an annual world-wide awareness day for 22Q.The Audrey Hohenwalter Endowment Fund was established in 2009 to help raise awareness locally as well as support families through educational events and support research efforts to better understand, diagnose, and treat people with the syndrome. There was over 100 people that attended at Milwaukee Public Zoo. The keynote speaker was Heidi Hamilton who is a representative of Journey 21. This is a new (local) organization whose mission is to "provide safe, supportive, and enriching living and learning options for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD).🦍
