As Senior Hairstylist, Education Director, and a driving force behind Scottfree's evolution, Emily Yance has played an instrumental role in shaping not only the salon’s culture but also the creative direction of its newest chapter. From guiding the vision for Scottfree at The Couture to supporting the brand’s continued growth and refinement, her influence can be felt in every detail.

Known for her precision-based cutting, clean editorial eye, and timeless approach to styling, Emily has been part of the Scottfree story since its earliest days. Her work embodies the balance of artistry and intention that defines the brand today.

With over a decade of experience, Emily has helped shape both the guest experience and the next generation of stylists through her leadership in education. She specializes in short hair cutting, men’s grooming, and refined, structured cuts that feel effortless, modern, and never overdone.

Beyond the chair, Emily’s creative partnership with founder Scott Yance has helped build a brand rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and continual evolution. Together, they’ve cultivated a salon experience where beauty feels elevated, welcoming, and deeply personal.
