Last Friday, and I tried something for the first time.

It was our first collaboration and it was MAGICAL.

We had 18 women in a room together, from Madison, to Chicago, to Delaware. Different backgrounds, ages, places in life, etc.

And they all showed up with open hearts, kindness, and a willingness to be vulnerable.

Three hours of deep thoughts and reflections, tears of laughter, tears of heartfelt sentiment, snacks, and games.

This R.E.A.L. Confidence framework we’ve crafted is doing something, ladies. It’s cracking open this previous conception of imposter syndrome and it’s making it light and fun and it’s a blast.

My heart is so full from Friday. Thank you to all those who came out.

And thank you to Kate for being such an incredible partner. I adore you.

In this episode of Make Business Personal, I talks about the importance of processes in increasing efficiency, profitability, and scalability in business. I highlight that creating and documenting processes is crucial for increasing the value of a business and making it less reliant on the owner. I discuss three types of processes: client-facing methodology, internal deliverable processes, and backend operational processes.
Lastly, I mention the significance of mapping out processes to delegate tasks and create systems to support ex*****on.
