"The creative adult is the child who survived" Explore your inner child in this playful workshop for "grown ups" only. We will explore yoga games, imaginative stories, and community yoga mandalas. This is a great class for adults looking to lighten their practice and have fun, as well as those looking to get ideas to teach children's yoga- especially for teachers, day care providers, social workers, etc. Bring an open mind and heart and prepare for a workshop of laughter and creativity. Cost: $20
