DAY 1: Soo I’m jumping on this challenge where you’re supposed to try a new artistic movement or/and create something personable or unique with your movement art form for ONLY 7 days! Could be w.e like breakdancing, parkour, tap, bmx, mma, juggling, climbing, tricking, etc. And today’s dope art form I got to tryout was !! I’ve tried it a a few times in the past but never took it seriously until today and it was freaking awesome! I’ve been loving this idea of flow movement and capoeira definitely showed me a new way to move in that element for sure!
Also thanks so much for .miao for showing me and furthering my knowledge on the art! If you guys want to see her kick my ass check out my story today!
