Amazon does not always have the best prices. You can find the same product on eBay at lower cost - I use them frequently for tech purposes - and everything you'd see on Amazon is usually there, not just used, but brand new, significantly less expensive, with free shipping, and WITHOUT a membership. They also have a 30-day money back guarantee.

I'd give the nod regarding convenience (especially if you already have Prime) and customer support to Amazon, which is literally the best I've ever seen in terms of refunds/replacements and taking care of their customers, but check it out and save yourself some money in these hard times.

Unfortunately due to shrinking margins, technology advancements, and a rise in difficulty to not only fixing, but obtaining parts, TraviTech will no longer be providing phone repairs.

On the plus side, I still provide network, hardware and software support for computers, whether you want to drop it off or have someone in home!

TLDR: Not worth it anymore. I'll still fix your dell though. :)
