LLC for $900,000.00. A 15,156 sq. ft. strip center on 3.42 acres located 111 W. Ryan Rd. in Oak Creek was sold by Giuffre XXV, LLC for $1,380,000.00 to 111 Ryan Rd LLC. The property was listed by Cushman and Wakefield Boerke and sold by Dufek Realty. Dufek Realty helped broker the sale of the former Black Rose Irish Pub/Schmidt's Monster Pizza building at 2850-2862 N. Oakland Ave in Milwaukee.
