Bad Boss Page

Recently I overheard that a GM had been chatting about another department GM and how they felt it was inappropriate for some person to be in a position of authority and be responsible for some possible theft. Other employees within earshot had overheard parts of the conversation while on the floor, (not in a closed area). This led to concern for some parties involved, causing a huge rift in employee attitude and trust among the other employees!
The bottom line is if you are going to openly chat about your personal thoughts and make it known to fellow employees that their concern about other employees and possible theft, maybe consider moving your open conversation to a more appropriately confined room with fewer bystanders listening to parts of the conversation! So Bad Boss thinks to keep all co-worker conversations confined in closed areas and not out in the open where anyone can hear something and create a possible lawsuit to follow!

While in Class, is it acceptable for the instructor to use colorful words like "f**k s**t up" to describe employee actions? LOL

Time to start reviewing boss actions as I mandate standard operation procedures.
