Spring fishing is different up north…

It’s not just about catching fish,
it’s about getting back outside.

Rigging the kayak.
Feeling the sun again.
Chasing bass like you’ve been thinking about all winter.

We back. šŸŽ£

Follow if you’ve been waiting all winter for this too!šŸ‘ŠšŸ¼

Sometimes you just need to lay down on the forest floor.

Not to fish.
Not to hunt.
Not to hike another mile.

Just to be outside.

No phone.
No boat.
No noise from the world you left behind.

Just dirt, pine needles, and the quiet rhythm of the woods doing what it’s always done.

Most people think the outdoor life is about the catch…
the big bass…
the hero photo at the boat ramp.

But if you spend enough time fishing rivers, hiking trails, or wandering through forests, you learn something different.

The real magic of the outdoors happens in the quiet moments.

The moment you stop moving.
Lay down in the woods.
Listen to the wind in the trees and the birds overhead.

And your brain finally slows down enough to remember why you came outside in the first place.

After years of fishing, hunting, and exploring wild places, I’ve noticed something:

There are two kinds of people in the outdoors.

The ones always rushing to the next fishing spot…
the next cast…
the next trail.

…and the ones who eventually stop and just lay on the forest floor for a minute.

The second group usually understands nature a little better.

So be honest with me:

Do you ever do this too?

1ļøāƒ£ Always moving
2ļøāƒ£ The one laying in the woods

If fishing, nature, and the outdoors help you become 1% better, you’re my kind of people.

Follow along for fishing, outdoor life, and learning what the wild still has to teach us.

Rate my fishing shop.

Truth is… the season doesn’t start on the water.

It starts here.

Hooks getting sharpened.
Rods getting rigged.
Baits organized for the days ahead.

Quiet work most people never see.

But this is where confidence comes from.

Preparation makes the moment.

Be honest anglers—

What score does the shop get?
And what’s missing? šŸŽ£
