Those of you who hold the St. Thomas More Dance Team close to your heart or have been closely involved with this amazing sport, know the amount of time, commitment, heart, and EXTREME passion it takes to coach and participate on a competitive high school dance team. There are many days, nights, and weekends spent putting forth any and all of your extra time, dedicating it to practices, football and basketball games, fundraising, competing, and ensuring that your athletes are growing not only in the sport that you love so much, but also growing and maturing into amazing and well-rounded young adults. There is SO much that goes on behind the scenes, which truly makes this sport an incredible and unique one. To say that coaching is hard work would be an understatement, but it truly has been one of the most rewarding jobs that I've ever had the pleasure of doing. It has been such a blessing to see this sport evolve in the numerous ways that it has over the years.

With many prayers and much consideration, it is with an extremely heavy heart that I have decided, in the best interest of myself and my growing family, to step down from the position of St. Thomas More Dance Team Head Coach.

I am and will forever be grateful to those whom have welcomed me with open arms, encouraged, and influenced me over the years. I appreciate the many relationships that I've had the pleasure of building with other dance teams, dance coaches, and athletes. I have learned many lessons and have been deeply affected by many individuals, in my time as a coach at St. Thomas More.

I will always be grateful for the opportunity to coach and influence such an amazing group of young ladies, over the years. They have changed and improved my life in so many ways and I am so thankful to have shared so many memories and experiences with them and this program over the past few years.

I wish the St. Thomas More Dance Team every success and look forward to supporting all present and past members, as a friend and mentor throughout the years to come.
