Keeping Your Senior Family Members' Skin Healthy

Healthy skin can still be achieved, even in old age. But, extra care is required as aging skin is a sensitive one. Check these tips out:

1. Apply sunblock on them, especially when going outdoors.

2. Remind them to stay hydrated.

3. Give them skin care products that are safe for their age.

4. Let them eat foods that are rich in Vitamin E such as avocado, fish, and mostly, green leafy vegetables.

5. Avoid having them take a long shower or a hot one.
