Yesterday was pure magic.

The smile on my face says it all.

There is something so special about being in your element, doing what you absolutely LOVE and were created to do, serving alongside incredible people and witnessing transformation unfold in real time.

One of my favorite moments was looking around the room and realizing how seamless the experience felt from conception of the idea - start to finish. Three practitioners just flowing divinely. The EZ Method acupuncture points almost disappeared into the experience itself, becoming part of a much larger journey of healing, connection, presence and possibility.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude and pure JOY.

Here’s to High Vibe MKE, Stephanie, Ericka, the Delaware House and every single participant who showed up for themselves, their healing and the world.

Thank you for your willingness to receive.
Thank you for giving yourself permission to upgrade.

Every person in that room helped create something greater than the sum of its parts.

Michigan if you heard drumming last night - the acoustics are pitch perfect at the Delaware House. I have been known to be a very loud drummer too. You know… Can’t stop. Won’t stop. Pretty sure it went rightttttttt across Lake Michigan. 🤣😅 You’re welcome. 😘 BUT we got to release and let go, to allow and receive.
