This is what postpartum services look like…
As a Doula, I make it my mission to support my in any necessary capacity. Cooking, cleaning, caring for the baby just so they can rest. I do it all!
Postpartum is a crucial stage because during this time comes postpartum depression. Postpartum depression causes anger, anxiety, isolation, fatigue, loss of appetite, weight gain, weight loss, and so much more. During this time it’s important to have a solid support system that will get you through this stage. That is where I come in because my mission is to make sure that every family I serve succeeds. Get you a Doula.

This weekend was eventful! I had the pleasure of sharing space with other birth workers, offering resources, and networking at Birth Fest this year.
It was a beautiful experience to see so many women and men that are passionate in serving families. I’m looking forward to next year.

This entire week I will boldly express the amazing work that we do!
Day 3: Labor + Birth
It is possible for a mother to have the birth that she imagines. Bringing new life into this world shouldn’t have to be painful or an experience that mothers wish to forget.
As a Doula, it is my duty to make sure my mothers are receiving the birth they know is possible for them to have.
I’m highlighting my client on day 3 of World Doula Week. We were able to give her a birthing experience that she wanted. She knew from the very start that she wanted a Doula and I was happy to support her in whatever capacity she needed me. We created a beautiful birthing experience for her collectively.
