This focused, 25-minute Reiki session offers a gentle introduction to the profound healing energy of Reiki. Designed to restore balance and promote relaxation, this session targets key energy centers in your body to clear blockages and revitalize your mind, body, and spirit.

During the session, you will remain fully clothed while comfortably lying on a treatment table. Using light touch or by hovering just above your body, I will channel Reiki energy to flow through specific areas that may need attention. As the energy flows, you may experience a warm, tingling sensation or deep calm, encouraging emotional release, mental clarity, and physical relaxation.

This shorter session is perfect for those seeking a quick reset, stress relief, or an introduction to the healing benefits of Reiki.
