F Street Development

Yesterday was a big day at F Street Development! We celebrated two milestones at our master-planned industrial development at the Southpoint Commerce Park.

We hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for our Phase II project and a ground-breaking ceremony for Phase III. Days like that are possible thanks to the City of Appleton, our investor network, all development partners, CBRE, and Keller, Inc.

Each building consists of approximately 250,000 sq.ft. of Class A, 32 ft clear industrial space, available for lease.
