When deciding to set out on a health and fitness goal, how do you normally approach it?
Do you:
-Decide you want make a change, but stop planning after that?
-Have a rough idea of what you need to do, but not enough of a plan to carry it out?
-Make a plan, but when the time comes you don't have the motivation to do it?
These are common things that happen and I've been there myself. Unfortunately, this is what leads to failure. There's no specific goal of what you want to achieve, and there's no plan to follow in order to get there.
It can also be easy to think about the outcome so much that you don't think about what you can be doing now in order to get there!
Make the decision to change your habits this week and get out of your normal routine 🤝
Decide what you want to change, figure out what you need to do to reach your goal, and do everything you can to get there!
