This dish is the Kat Kyi Kaik - fried flat noodles w/ yellow peas, eggs, mung beans sprouts and chili sauce. Their signature soup Mont Hin Gar is also so tasty! We will be back.

This might be my new favorite burger in the area. It didn’t photograph well but damn was it tasty!

The “Crave Burger” - Swiss cheese, carmelized onion, arugula, and white truffle aioli served on a toasted brioche bun. 🍔

There’s a new fish fry in town at Mader's Restaurant

This new Friday special of haddock accompanied by German potato pancakes is a must try. The homemade coleslaw was some of the best I’ve had.

The “Bacon Croissant” - egg, cheddar, bacon, pickled onions, sriracha Mayo on a croissant.
Loved all the bacon! 🥓 🥐

Was our first time at the new location and it was gorgeous inside. Service at the counter was just ok. Love seeing all the WI brands they feature.
