Qualified applicants must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, an upbeat and outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic with the mindset to do whatever it takes to get the job done with 100% integrity.
As a manager in training, you will be learning how to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of an Aloha Pokē restaurant.
- 2 years of previous food or restaurant service management experience.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices with the focus of customer
safety.
- A smile and friendly disposition with an attitude driven toward success.
- Demonstrated ability to execute a daily checklist with accuracy &
consistency.
- Sense of urgency and professionalism
- Punctuality

Hours: Full-time/Part-time available. 9am-9pm.
Responsibilities include: Greeting customers, taking their orders, and building amazing poke bowls; Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials, including the ability to recommend menu items; Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in the appropriate point-of-sale system; Retrieve and deliver food in a timely manner; Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service and visit; Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner; Assist Kitchen Team with preparing food to customer expectations
