Why This Role Matters
This role is critical to driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality clinical delivery, and supporting rapid growth across multiple markets. You’ll play a key role in shaping how care is delivered onsite—at scale.
What You’ll Own
• Regional operations for onsite clinical programs (vaccinations + health services)
• Leadership of multi-site clinical teams (field staff + clinical leads)
• Clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence (HIPAA, state requirements)
• EMR + TRACK adoption, training, and optimization
• Workforce planning: hiring, onboarding, credentialing
• Customer success, retention, and relationship management
What We’re Looking For
• RN required (BSN preferred)
• 3–5 years in multi-site clinical operations (SNF, AL, IL)
• Strong healthcare operations + informatics experience
• EMR experience (PCC, MatrixCare, Yardi, ECP)
• Proven leader in growth or fast-paced environments
• Process-driven, accountable, and execution-focused
