I am active in my community because I want it to be a great place to live, work, and play for all of us.

Through advocacy, I have come to know what belongs to the public. I have also learned HOW EASILY OUR SPACES AND RESOURCES CAN BE LOST.

I speak up for the protection of community resources and I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THE PUBLIC VOICE and oversight in the management of our assets.

PUBLIC IS PUBLIC. I will demand accountability and work to ensure that partnerships and deals are in the public's best interest.

We need FREE, FAIR, and EQUITABLE public process.

Jennifer Current for Milwaukee Hi I'm Jennifer. I am a Landscape Architect advocating daily for the preservation and enhancement of the public commons. I'd like to represent District 3 on the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors to ensure access for all to our amazing shared spaces.

Equitable access to our shared spaces is essential to community well-being.
Connecting people to their public parks fosters community and vitality, increases collective stewardship, and increases the shared prosperity and resilience.

We are on the brink of making MAJOR DECISIONS about our Milwaukee County Parks which could have regrettable outcomes for all of us if not considered thoughtfully.

We need to creatively engage everyone in our community.

Now, more than ever, we need PARK ADVOCATES in office who will listen and turn ideas into long range thinking to benefit the common good.
