⚠️Why NOT to ignore your Mental Wellness

🧠Sure, it's all in your head right? True. But that's exactly why it is SO important.

Our mental wellness is directly linked to our physical wellbeing. It might start in the brain, but effects the entire body.

Studies show that chronic stress can greatly increase your chance of stroke, heart attack and obesity just to name a few. 🥵

When our mind isn't healthy, the rest of us can't keep up.

Our mental wellness needs to be treated with the same importance as our physical health. The two work together in synchrony and we need to be mindful of this. 👩‍⚕️

When you start taking your mental wellness serious and not just talking about it, your entire quality of life will increase.

You'll have energy to do those work outs. 💪

You'll have clarity to solve any issues thrown your way. 🧘‍♀️

You'll have confidence that you ARE the beautiful, wonderful human being that you truly are. 😍

You'll have better moments with the people you interact with throughout your days. 👭
