Traveling Cheesehead

It’s been awhile since I’ve kept up with this account, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been travel bugs since I’ve last updated! I want to reconnect with some of the ladies I’ve met on this account and make this my travel diary once again!

So get ready for more adventures and a lot of recaps from the past few years. The big goal is to get to 30 countries by 30 and we’re almost there (Only 4 to go!)

Next stops: Cayman Islands 🇰🇾 & Egypt 🇪🇬

I’m ashamed to say (but I want to keep it real on here - that’s always been my goal) I didn’t know Dubrovnik existed a few months ago. And now I’m here experiencing such an incredible old town. Funny how that works, right?!

I think that’s one of the many beauties of traveling. Researching and discovering towns you’ve never heard of and then booking a ticket!!

Although Dubrovnik is now very well known and touristy (thanks to Game of Thrones and the many scenes shot here - I’ve never watched GOT so nothing looks familiar to me) I never thought I would travel here or even have it on my bucket list - simply because I wasn’t educated on the cities of Croatia.

But nonetheless, I am here and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! I am so happy the universe gave us signs to go here and explore such a beautiful country. It’s been so romantic and dreamy 🤍

Getting back out after the pandemic has truly re-inspired us to see as much of the world as we possibly can! 🌎
