Infinity Care is looking for a RN to assist in the field by conducting in home visits.
Duties:
Assess patients conditions accurately during each visit
Complete all required patient documentation accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner
Properly document and complete agency paperwork
Visits are conducted within the community and/or patients residence
Servicing the Milwaukee area and surrounding counties
