Good morning everyone ! I hope this cold weather is enjoyable for you. One thing I want to touch on that I get asked all the time. “Well if it was permitted we should be good correct “? Not entirely true. One thing I have on my inspection today. See the photo below. This AC is only 1 year old and it was passed and the gas shut off is not even accessible due to the ac lines being in front of it. So in the event of an emergency the gas can’t be shut off to the unit. Little details like this are why we strive to give the customer the full details on the condition of the home regardless if something is “new” or not.
