We’ve poured our heart and soul into completing “Island Breeze” in less than a year. Newport’s newest luxury waterfront rental will be ready in a few weeks. A beautiful home to enjoy coastal breezes and breathtaking views from every room, with sun and moon-rise reflections over Easton’s Pond, Easton’s Beach, and the Cliff Walk.

“Island Breeze”-Newport’s newest luxury waterfront rental, nearing completion for August 1 occupancy. Aptly named, you can literally catch the coastal breezes off the patio while taking in the panoramic view. Breathtaking east- and south-facing water views across Easton’s Pond, Easton’s Beach, and Newport’s Cliff Walk offer sun and moon-rise reflections on the water.
