🔹 Here is what Dalton had to say about himself!

“I’m Dalton Darnell, 33 years old and I’ve been working out for about 8 years. I have been married for 9 amazing years and I have two sons Wiley (7) and Waylon (3). I got diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at age 27 and started lifting. Working out helps with the symptoms of the disease. I got bored with traditional power lifting and wanted to try something new. I thought getting evolved with a community of people striving to be better would help hold me accountable and push me to my potential. My goals are to become a more mentally tough man, become a better husband, and to set an amazing example for my sons. God is good!”
